Automated laser welding of solid metal rods
This system has been specially developed for the laser welding of cylindrical solid metal rods. An automated conveyor system with vibratory spiral conveyors ensures precise alignment and feeding of the parts before they are welded together. The welding process is monitored and analyzed with camera support, so that the parts are sorted directly into good and bad parts.

The LMTS IR SC 4000 has been specially designed for the precise cutting of metal foams. With an output of 4 kW and fully automated operation, it is suitable for industrial use.
