Projects and partners

Hicom-Pro

Process-integrative production and integration of complex-shaped hybrid multilayer composites with a high functional density for rail vehicle construction.

MobiLAB-4D

Development of a measurement system for 4D quality control of prostheses in the synchrotron. Here, we investigate the effects of coatings and innovative laser textures on implant surfaces in order to optimise their functionality and lifespan.

Nanotool

Development of a positioning unit for the realisation of sequentially laser-treated 2D surfaces with a homogeneity of >99%. In addition, a 5-axis laser micro-machining machine is being developed that achieves a precision of +/- 1000 nm.

MiZ

Creation of microstructured surfaces to promote the inflammation-free integration of dental implants and to prevent peri-implantitis.

Quality management

LTB Lasertechnik Berlin GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 .
The implemented quality management system (QMS) ensures our high standards of quality and efficiency in the development, production and distribution of lasers, spectrometers and laser-based measuring systems. The aim is to continuously improve our internal processes.

Sustainability

At LTB Lasertechnik, protecting the environment is very important to us. That is why we actively take responsibility and have introduced a certified environmental management system in accordance with DIN 14001.
Our actions are characterized by the principle of sustainability. We are continuously committed to minimizing our environmental impact and using resources responsibly.
Together for a sustainable future.

LTB Lasertechnik relies on a certified energy management system in accordance with DIN 50001 and takes responsibility for the resource-conserving use of energy.
Through continuous optimization processes, we reduce our energy consumption and increase our energy efficiency at the same time.
Together for an energy-efficient future

LTB Lasertechnik Berlin GmbH is committed to sustainability and operates a fleet consisting mainly of electric and hybrid vehicles. This commitment also extends to a photovoltaic system and a geothermal system with heat exchangers at the company headquarters, which further minimize the CO2 footprint.
The purchase of these environmentally friendly vehicles was supported by funding from the European Union’s NextGenerationEU initiative.
