The perfect compromise between high spectral resolution, size and price - the ARYELLE 200 UV-VIS-NIR wide-range echelle spectrograph with 200 mm focal length for LIBS and Raman spectroscopy.
The ARYELLE 200 is a spectrally high-resolution, glass fibre-coupled spectrometer from the ARraY echELLE series, which is characterized by its high sensitivity and high imaging quality. It has a focal length of 200 mm and a focal ratio of f/10. Depending on the application of the spectrometer, the dispersion unit consisting of echelle grating, prism, imaging optics and entrance slit can be individually adapted. Two-dimensional echelle spectra can be measured from the UV to the NIR range depending on the simultaneously detectable wavelength range of the ARYELLE 200 with a spectral resolution of 7,000 to 15,000 (at 40 µm slit width). The given detector area of 13 x 13 mm² allows the combination with a variety of different CMOS, CCD, EMCCD and ICCD cameras. A mercury lamp and an internal shutter are used for automatic recalibration of the wavelength scale.
With the Sophi software supplied, all functions of the spectrometer-detector unit are controlled via an intuitive graphical user interface with an integrated script language for automated measurement sequences. Optionally, the operation can be extended by a LabVIEW library. Qualitative multi-element analyses are based on a spectral database evaluation of the detected spectrum. Algorithm-supported quantitative analysis requires calibration with reference materials.
