Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks

Your tasks Your tasks in the field of laser-based analytical measurement technology include the installation, maintenance and service of our product line of spectroscopic measurement systems. This also includes building, maintaining and organizing a stable relationship with a growing number of customers and cooperation partners in Germany, Europe and worldwide. Your position generates valuable impulses for the continuous improvement of our products.

Essential work content

  • Installation and commissioning of spectroscopic, material-analytical measuring systems
  • Implementation of device maintenance and service
  • Preparation and creation of service reports
  • Support for existing customers
  • Participation in trade fair appearances

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in physics, physical engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Further experience in dealing with physical measurement technology, lasers and optics, as well as knowledge of optical spectrometers is desirable. Innovative thinking and action are required. You enjoy working in a team, are communicative with customers, enjoy traveling, show initiative and count thoroughness, perseverance and resilience among your strengths.
