No laser safety measures

The systems are designed to Laser Class 1, meaning no additional laser safety measures are required. An adjustable Z-axis ensures precise focusing on workpieces of varying heights.

The devices can be equipped with a variety of laser types and technical configurations to meet the specific requirements of your process. This includes UV, Green, IR, and FIR lasers with different wavelengths. F-Theta optics, also available in telecentric versions, guarantee consistently sharp and precise results across the entire working area.

Automatic distance measurement

Automatic image processing enables product and position correction, scaling, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration into production workflows. The optional distance measurement feature helps maintain the optimal working distance with varying workpieces.

Additional options

Additional options such as a rotating and tilting device allow flexible processing of complex geometries through rotation and tilting of the workpieces, which is especially useful for cylindrical or conical parts. The integration of such functions enables precise and repeatable processing of workpieces, making the tabletop devices a versatile solution for various laser applications such as marking, engraving, cutting, or welding.
