ARYELLE 150 – Portable High-Resolution Echelle Spectrometer

LTB Lasertechnik Berlin has developed the compact ARYELLE 150 echelle spectrometer for commercial use, based on the optical design proposed by ISAS (Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences) for the ESA Gentner Mars Mission.

ARYELLE 150 Spectrometer

With a size of only about 200 mm, the spectrometer can resolve spectral lines separated by only a few picometers within the extended wavelength range of 200-950 nm. The spectroscopic properties of the device can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements, depending on the application. The excellent imaging quality of the ARYELLE 150 spectrometer leads to both high spectral resolution and excellent stray light performance. With a focal length of just 150 mm and an aperture ratio of f/7, spectra are detected by a fast, highly sensitive EMCCD camera.

The applications of the ARYELLE 150 are in elemental and material analysis, particularly using laser-induced plasma spectroscopy (LIBS) or Raman spectroscopy. Due to its robust construction, it is highly suitable for industrial process control as well as portable analysis systems.
